Terms
General
- Commission queue will be based on form submission order.
- My main method of communication with a client is via Instagram/Discord
- I have the right to deny a commission request.
- Commissions can be used by customer to be reposted/shared with credit.
- Commissions are NOT to be used by anyone but the customer or the person the customer has allowed to use.
- Commissions are absolutely NOT allowed to be used as NFTs, to train generative AI, etc etc.
- Commissions may take a few weeks up to a few months.
- Updates will include rough sketch, finished sketch, color update, and some updates in-between. I expect adjustment requests or at least a response for every update.
- Any major changes to the commission MUST be communicated before the final sketch.
Payments/Requests
- Commissions are NOT refundable after final sketch.
- Payment will ONLY be done via bank transfer/PayPal
- Simple backgrounds are free (aka colors and simple motif).
- Customer must confirm their email as the full piece will be emailed to them.
